RAYS Kitchen serves breakfast only — and we believe the morning meal deserves the same care as any other. Served in the downstairs dining area, breakfast at RAYS is unhurried, generous, and shaped by the island around it.
Served in the downstairs dining area — à la carte or as a buffet depending on demand and occupancy. Freshly baked bread, tropical fruits, eggs prepared to order, and local specialities including mas huni (smoked tuna with coconut and chilli) and fresh roshi flatbreads.
Good coffee is non-negotiable. We source beans with the same care as every other element of the morning. Breakfast is the only meal we serve — and we do it properly.
For those mornings when you simply don't want to leave the room, RAYS offers a curated room service menu. Fresh juices, coffee, light bites, and breakfast items — everything delivered with the same care as a table in the dining area.
Room service is available during breakfast hours and for select light items throughout the day.
