Cancellation, Check-In & Check-Out Policies

At Rays Guesthouse, we want your stay to be as comfortable and straightforward as possible. We understand that travel plans can sometimes change, so we've kept our policies simple and flexible while ensuring a smooth experience for all our guests.
Cancellation Policy
The same cancellation policy applies to all seasons. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- 4 days or more before arrival: Receive a full refund, with no cancellation charge.
- Fewer than 4 days before arrival or no-show: We will deduct one night’s room rate, including applicable taxes and service charge, and refund the remaining balance.
Check-In Policy
Standard check-in: From 2:00 PM
Early check-in is subject to availability and any fee agreed in advance.
- Guests are encouraged to share their estimated arrival time before travelling.
Check-Out Policy
Standard check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon)
Need a little extra time before your departure? We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Late Check-Out Charges

Late check-out requires advance approval. Applicable taxes and service charge are extra.
